You tell us what industry you’re in, what your company does, and the role you’re looking to fill along with skills necessary to be the most successful in that role, as well as your companies mission statement (if you have one) and any other documents you may have on company culture alignment.
We create a custom assessment reflecting the industry, the company, and the role, both quantitatively and qualitatively. This will be a combination of common skillsets we’ve seen across industries and roles that lead to successful outcomes, as well as custom formed items specific to the industry, company, and role. This could be any combination of typical assessment question types, writing code, debugging, creating Excel formulas, accounting terminology and understanding, and much more.
All candidates who make it through the initial round of resume reviews will be scheduled to take the assessment at the same time to ensure complete integrity and fairness. Once the assessments are turned in and grading complete, a ranked list will be provided to the company representative to review and make final decisions.
